The initial Paragraph and last paragraph looks fine but the main content can be listed down in bullets.

@parthamk this is a lovely addition to this page - it's making me smile reading it. ✨ This PR is SOOOO old, but I'd love to merge it. We are reworking the documentation to a new platform, and the path is now src/docs/repository-maintainers.md
If others here are ok with the lightness of this pr - i wonder if we can modify it to go to the new directory structure in our docs-upgrade branch (rather than main/master)
